How to Book with a Four Seasons Preferred Partner

02/10/2025 by Kristin Addis Leave a Comment

When it comes to luxury hotels around the world, the Four Seasons sets a gold standard.

You know what you’re getting – a five star experience that’s perfect for travelers of all ages and interests. Unfortunately, the Four Seasons doesn’t have a loyalty program or ways to earn points or status.

So how do you get access to perks that would usually come with status, like room upgrades, resort credits, free breakfast, and more?

Enter the Four Seasons Preferred Partner (FSPP) program, the (complimentary) VIP lane of hotel bookings:

What Is a Four Seasons Preferred Partner?

When you book a Four Seasons stay through a Preferred Partner agent like me, you typically get:

  • Daily breakfast for two – And this isn’t some sad continental buffet with lukewarm eggs. We’re talking a full, glorious, anything-off-the-menu breakfast at the restaurant or via room service.
  • $100 hotel credit (or sometimes more) – Spend it on a spa treatment, fancy cocktails, a room service feast—whatever your pampered little heart desires.
  • Priority upgrades – While upgrades are based on availability, Preferred Partner guests get priority over everyone else.
  • Early check-in & late check-out – Because dragging your suitcase around town for hours is nobody’s idea of luxury. (based on availability).
  • Personalized welcome – Four Seasons loves making FSPP guests feel extra special, whether that’s with a welcome note, a sweet treat, or occasionally, an unexpected in-room surprise.

How is this possible? Is there a catch? Nope! Hotels use all kinds of ways to book their rooms, one of which is through preferred agents. They compensate us for the referral, meaning you get all of these perks at no extra cost to you, paying the same rate you see online, and your booking charged directly by the Four Seasons.

The Best Hack: Free Nights Promotions

Another reason to book through an FSPP agent? I know when Four Seasons is running their coveted third, fourth, or fifth night free promotions. These deals can turn a three-night stay into a four-night stay for the same price—meaning you get an extra day to bask in five-star glory without spending a dime more. And yes, the FSPP perks stack on top of that.

How Does it Work?

The magic of this program is that when you book through an agent, your reservation is still made directly with Four Seasons. That means you get all the same rates, policies, and direct communication with the hotel as you would if you booked on your own—but with the added Preferred Partner perks. It’s like booking straight through Four Seasons, except with extra VIP treatment.

First, you fill in your dates, party size, and preferred room type. We will respond within 24-48 hours to confirm your wishes, get in touch directly with the hotel of your choice, and your booking will be made directly with the Four Seasons, with us as your agent and the suite of VIP perks at no cost to you.

So, if you’re already planning a stay at a Four Seasons, do yourself (and your future breakfast-in-bed self) a favor—book through a Preferred Partner. You get all the luxury, all the perks, and none of the extra cost.
