When the time is right and you’re heading to my neck of the woods, here are nine amazing Airbnbs in Lake Tahoe to consider whether you’re solo, a couple, looking to isolate away from everyone and everything, or are planning for a future friend getaway.

Best Airbnb for solo travelers

If a comforting stay is in the cards for your venture to Lake Tahoe, tiny homes are a great place to stay. This quaint cabin is located in a tiny home village, but gives enough privacy for visitors to have some space:

Modern Retro Cabin

  • Location: The Airbnb is located on North Lake Tahoe, on the California side.
  • Nearby Attractions: The cabin is by North Lake Tahoe’s Agate Bay. Besides being surrounded by restaurants, the lake is also a short drive away from North Tahoe Regional Park.

This cabin is an ideal hideout for couples wanting to get away from the bustle of South Lake Tahoe without being too far to enjoy the area. Want to spend your time in Lake Tahoe with friends? This Airbnb has you covered! This chalet has ample living space with high ceiling to hang out in, a large dining table that accommodates all guests, as well as a spacious deck with BBQ facility to enjoy.

  • Nearby Attractions: The chalet is steps away from the lake. Kings Beach, Tahoe City, Agate Bay, and Incline Village are all 5 - 20 minutes away.
